Section 80
Reasonable time to give notice to hold the previous party liable
If the party receiving the notice of dishonor wishes to hold the previous party liable to him, after receiving such notice, the notice sent within the same time as if he was the holder, the notice sent within the same time shall be deemed to have been sent within a reasonable time.
